Mission

Haute is a large format (11×17) tri-annual magazine, published during Chinese New Year, in summer and in fall. Exquisitely designed, Haute is the ideal medium for visual storytelling. Our mission is to introduce ASPAC homeowners to Enlightened Living — the fourth dimension of real estate — which is the maximization of meaning and joy in relationships, experiences and objects of desire. Haute tells stories about art, travel, cuisine, home décor, health and wellness, technology, design and real estate. The ethos of the magazine is internationalist, progressive and thought-provoking.

Affluent, global citizens

Haute readers are affluent, well-travelled and discerning consumers. Most readers have more than two homes. The average household income of a Haute family is $250,000-$2M CAD per annum. They are consumers of ultra-premium brands in fashion and furniture.

 

Multicultural and multilingual

Readers are predominantly of Chinese heritage, living in Vancouver, Mainland China and Hong Kong, speaking English, Mandarin and Cantonese. 

 

Entrepreneurs and investors

Readers are frequently entrepreneurs with business interests in North America, Hong Kong and Mainland China. They invest long-term in real estate and have extensive alternative portfolios.

Print & Online Circulation

Printed editions of Haute are distributed by physical mail to over 5,600 current homeowners in Vancouver and Hong Kong.

In addition, 6,000 digital copies are emailed to our database of homeowners and prospects in Vancouver and Hong Kong. Haute is promoted through social media channels with a total followership of approximately 3,000.
